Description: Our 2022 HopTime Harvest Ale uses 100% Crane Ranch hops, but also 100% of barley was grown at Crane Ranch’s multi-generational family farm right here in Sonoma County. This local barley was then malted locally at Admiral Malting in Alameda. The spent grain from this brew go back to Crane Ranch and are used to feed for their cows and sheep while the spent hops go back to Crane Ranch and are turned into mulch. Although we have been brewing HopTime since the late 1990’s, this year’s brew is hyperlocal and extra special! All in, there are 220 pounds of freshly picked wet hops added to the kettle of this 22 barrel batch!
