Description: Mr. Pitz is a barrel aged golden sour collaboration between Roy-Pitz and Highway Manor Brewing Companies. Brewers from each company select the finest barrels of beer, choose which fruits and spices will work well and then blend them to taste. Our current summer blend is combined with kiwi, basil, lemons and lime. The unique mixed culture from Highway Manor gives a showcase acidity and mouthfeel that is second to none.
