Description: Introducing the small-batch Romney Murmuration series. It takes its name from the spectacular and ever-changing flight formations made by starling flocks as they prepare to roost on the Marsh. Like the starling flocks, a Romney Murmuration is also shape-shifting. Each batch is a one off, using the new ingredients we are most excited about at the time of brewing. Murmuration #01 is a well-rounded, copper-coloured session bitter (ABV 4.0%), blending pale, crystal and rye malts. We have also used Pekko, an American dwarf hop, which lends the beer a crisp dryness, a floral aroma and delicious pineapple and pear flavours.
