Description: Brown Ale Brewed With Maple Syrup Aged in Bourbon Barrels. This award winning seasonal beer was brewed to signify the time of the year when the local Maple syrup producers start tapping their trees to collect sap, while providing you with some alcoholic warmth during these often frigid Winter months in hope of an early Spring. We then aged it in Bourbon barrels. It is a full-flavored malty beer featuring a toasted, nutty character and a hint of maple flavor and aroma. The Bourbon barrel aging adds vanilla notes and increases the alcohol level.
