Polly Jean combines a richness of flavors, aromas and alcohol; but with a touch of restraint. The light bittering of German Hallertauer hops and the Belgian yeast character provide a beautiful balance of floral and fruit aromatics, followed by hints of spicy grain, finishing dry with a bright finish.
