Brewed with a blend of sugar, rye, wheat, aromatic,and pils malts Polly Jean combines a richness of flavors, aromas and alcohol, but with a touch of restraint. The light bittering of German Hallertauer hops and the Belgian yeast character provide a beautiful balance of floral and fruit aromatics, followed by hints of spicy grain, finishing dry with a bright finish.
