Description: A seriously refreshing blonde, fruity summer beer. Monroe is hopped with fist-fulls of Target which brings both Citrus and spice. Following the primary fermentation we condition the newly produced beer over hundreds of bruised lemongrass stems. Left for an extended period of time in our custom built cold conditioning room a subtle, mellow citrus flavour is imparted which finishes an already great beer beautifully.
