Extremely light and effervescent mouthfeel with mild sour notes which finish with a bit of funk. Brewed with Weyermann Pilsner, Munich and Wheat, Perle hops and a German yeast strain. Aged for 18 months on French Oak barrels with a Flanders yeast strain. 5.1% ABV 15 IBU 11.1 OG
