Description: Blush, tight and dissipating head. Candy red rose in color. Plump red raspberry and musty aromas. Pillowy front palate, tart and assertive mid with a juicy and fresh finish. Brewed with Simpson Golden Promise, Crisp Torrified Wheat, Crisp Red Wheat, German Northern Brewer hops and a Belgian yeast strain. Aged for 9 months on American Oak barrels with a wild yeast strain and Lactobacillus and then aged on red raspberries for another 3 months.
