Description: Mild roast character and a twinge of biscuity sweetness are given centre stage by the background hop bitterness and secret ingredient, resulting in a pleasantly dry finish. Three different dark malts and two light malts give Cannonball Stout a depth of flavour not often achieved in black beers. A couple of secret tweaks at the end of the brewing process give the beer a surprising smoothness that makes it an unusually quaffable stout, and putting it on nitrogen gas only accentuates that smooth character. Winner of the 2014 Australian International Beer Awards Gold Medal in Stout Category!!
