This seasionable witbier gains a chewy body from a healthy addition of oats and white wheat, crisped up with Pilsner malt and a special yeast strain. We use the traditional Coriander at the end of the boil, add Grains of Paradise for a touch of spice, and use California lemon peel and Kaffir Lime leaves to give a bright twist to an otherwise traditional ale.
