Brewed with an huge amount of American White Wheat, a dash of American Flaked Wheat, and American 2 Row Pale Malt, Whisker Biscuit is full bodied yet crisp and refreshing. Chinook, Cascade, Citra, and HBC522 are used heavily at the end of the boil and dry hop to add a big aroma, subtle flavor, and clean, non bitter finish.
