Description: Morning Ritual is a stout brewed with coconut, vanilla and lactose. This is as much of a dessert stout as we've ever produced. Brewed with rich chocolate malts, oats for body and lactose for creaminess. Then conditioned on vanilla and coconut for added layers of complexity and decadence. On the nose there is a hint of the Sabro whirlpool addition, mixed with layers of toasty coconut. The mouthfeel is thick, creamy, lush and smooth with a welcome sweetness and warmth. On the finish, a lingering coconut and chocolate lushness with a balancing hint of roasted bitterness. Damn, we love winter.
