Description: Where the Twist Gets Even Twistier is our two-year old spontaneous beer refermented on 2018 harvest Colorado-grown Rainier Cherries for 12-months in Port Bourbon barrels before bottle conditioning for nine-months with local Alfalfa honey. This is one of few beers in the wild that highlight a rare Colorado agricultural gem: the golden sweet cherry! Pouring a pale straw, this blend throws out big citrus and stone fruit with a refreshing level of acidity. The bright yet funky nose reminds us of a basement full of freshly bloomed flowers, if something like that were to exist. We’re captivated by the exciting atypical cherry flavors this fruit exudes! Our golden Cherry Blend is tannic and pleasantly acidic.
