Description: Half the mash is wheat giving the beer full mouth feel and a subtly bready wheat flavor. The other half is Continental Pilsner malt. Most of the hops are added late to give a palate low in bitterness. The last and possibly greatest impact comes from our specially selected yeast. It is very low flocculating producing a cloudy end product. It also adds significantly to the flavor by creating phenol and ester compounds reminding us of banana, clove and bubblegum.
