Description: Aged for 10 months in a Catoctin Creek Roundstone Rye barrel that had previously aged a maple syrup, we have created a new and exciting way to experience our Colossal 1 Belgian Imperial Stout. The familiar notes of roasted malt, bittersweet chocolate, and dark fruit from Colossal 1 are married perfectly with the flavor of sweet maple syrup, toffee, charred white oak, and rye spice.
