Description: This beer began as 4 mixed-fermentation oak barrels between 12-14 months old. We then added 80+ pounds of guava and passionfruit to each barrel and let them re-ferment for 6 more months before bottling. Funky and expressive with a beautiful nose full of tropical fruits, dusty earth and torrential downpours in Hawaii.
