Description: During the production of Perun, the so-called cold hopping method is applied. Apart from the standard triple hopping in the brewing room, fourth and fifth hoppings using Saaz hops, performed in cold conditions in the later stage of the production, are applied. The beer thus attains a more distinctive, but still pleasant, bitterness and mild hoppy aroma, the taste of which is perfect when you are thirsty. Při výrobě piva Perun se používá metoda tzv. studeného chmelení. Kromě standardního trojitého chmelení na varně se přidává ještě speciální čtvrtá a pátá dávka hlávkového chmele odrůdy Žatecký poloraný červeňák v pozdější fázi výroby za studena. Pivo tím získává výraznější, avšak stále lahodnou hořkost a jemné chmelové aroma. Jeho svěží chuť dokonale uhasí vaši žízeň.
