Description: There is something about Saisons that has always screamed pears to me. So I figured, why not brew a Saison and throw a whole bunch of pears in it…and that’s exactly what happened. The end Saison filled with a ton of pears and dry-hopped Mosaic and Hallertau Blanc which pair up nicely together crafting a crisp Saison for those warm summer afternoons.
