Description: Imperial Stout with coffee, hard roasted pecans, vanilla and cacao nips. Part one of our Beer Trilogy. COVFEFE is the first beer out of three in our 'thank you beer series' which arose from our Crowdfunding campaign back in March 2017. Recipe developed by Mikkel Borg Bjergsø (Mikkeller) and François Trudel from Canada. This trilogy also became the messenger of beers with a political satirical twist. Why COVFEFE? Hint; Twitter and Trump. 1st batch brewed with Sumatra coffee at Warpigs by Lan-Xin in limited edition of 75 cl bottles – only a total of 150. 2nd batch was released in June 2019 in cans. Brewed with Robusta and Arabica coffee at De Proef'Brouwerij in Lochristi-Hijfte, Belgium. New can design by Mads Berg. COVFEFE has become part of our core beer selection. Hops: Columbus, Cascade, Amarillo Malts: Maris Otter, Oat, Smoked Malt, English Brown Malt, Chocolate Malt, Roasted Barley.
