Description: 2018 Maple Shade: Brewed in 2018 with a copious amount of New Hampshire maple syrup & then put to bed in both Heaven Hill and Woodford Reserve bourbon barrels. After 8 months, the best of the barrels were blended for a rich and complex base which was finally conditioned on the Parish Blend of Rêve Coffee. The two whiskey barrels had distinctive contributions to base flavor: Heaven Hill brought notes of charred oak, spice, and dark fruit, while the Woodford provided a beautiful foil of warm vanilla and honey.
