Description: Chase Healey, founder and brewmaster of Prairie Artisan Ales, recently paid Off Color a visit to collaborate on a beer. Unfortunately, what Chase didn't realize is that a few pesky Prairie Dogs caught a free ride in his luggage. Upon their unintentional release in the brewery, the jerk Prairie Dogs promptly ran amok, harassing the brewers as they tried to mash in, calling Hops names and, ultimately, chewed through the main water source before they could be corralled. Not ones to be easily deterred, Chase, Dave and John brewed a beer without water resulting in this incredibly dry, deliciously palatable Tettnanger dry hopped farmhouse ale fermented with Prairie's saison yeast and Off Color's lactobacillus colony.
