Description: Hop Scientist is our experimental hop-technique series, exploring progressive methods for integrating delicious hop flavors into solution. Batch #1 is a juicy/hazy American Pale Ale hopped exclusively with Citra and Simcoe. In addition to a heavy dose of hops in the whirlpool, the remaining hops were added during active fermentation to increase yeast-hop interactions while still maintaining raw hop flavors derived through more conventional post-primary dry hopping. Light and drinkable, flavors of peach, pineapple, mango, and orange dominate.
