Description: Our latest Dark & Wild collab beer sees us team up with Florida’s 3 Sons Brewing to brew this deeply juicy and tropical DIPA; the second release in Billelis’ series. El Dorado Cryo brings intense tangerine to the aroma, along with overripe tropical notes from the Idaho 7 CGX. We also used some HBC638, one of our favourite varieties to come through the hop breeding program in recent years, which brings a mix of pineapple and guava tropical notes along with hints of cantaloupe and strawberry. A prodigious super thick, 8.2% DIPA.
