Description: Sandy’s North Sea Sessions Patrons Project is all about creating full-flavoured beers at ABVs that won’t result in a total wipeout. This time we’re teaming up with Chain House Brewing, based not far from the Lancashire coast themselves. We’ve each selected some of our favourite dripping-with-juice US varieties in the shape of Idaho 7 and Citra for waves of sweet tropical and citrus, while NZ hops Rakau, Riwaka, and Motueka create swells of peach, passion fruit, grapefruit and lime over the silky smooth, murky pale ale base of Super Pale, Vienna, Oats & Wheat.
