Description: Kees caramel fudge stout is a favourite across all the staff at North, so when it came to collaborating with the famed dark wizards the choice of what we should brew together was quite easy. Here we’ve brewed a big 10% imperial stout with a complex malt grist using eight different malts, caramel in the boil and coffee and cocoa nibs in the fermentor. The beer has a big nose of creamy tiramisu, an incredibly smooth and silky body and a balanced sweetness to carry these heavyweight flavours. Flavours of rich chocolate, sweet cherries from the mildly roasted coffee and clean oak from the cocoa nibs make this beer a perfect aperitif or pudding substitute.
