Hints of coconut on the nose and palate that match very well with both tropical fruit esters from the Belgian yeast strain and the melon and citrus hop flavors. At 5.4% ABV it is easily sessionable yet surprisingly interesting, given the 'slightly' unusual ingredient that was involved in this beer, coconut!
