Description: Ethos, a Saison with Brettanomyces, showcases our love of farmhouse ales. Hopped with Huell Melon late in the boil, it was fermented with our House strain (a blend of Saison and Brettanomyces yeasts), and briefly aged in stainless. The result is a 6.3% ABV pale-coloured beer with notes of cantaloupe, a balance of spicy phenolics and fruity esters, barnyard character, and a tart, dry finish. As our house culture evolves, so does this beer, every time it is brewed.
