Description: We have sold our possessions, moved interstate and joined the cult. Giving up on everything we hold dear we were led into the unknown by Brewcult, transforming what should of been a solid American IPA, into a gloop of sweetness with lactose and pineapple juice. The bitterness from the hops surprisingly balances the sweetness from the unfermentable lactose. The Citra and Waimea hops accentuate the pineapple and tropical flavours resulting in a juicy but refreshing Lactose IPA. It really should not work but it does. We have been converted.
