Description: Nothing is as satisfying as making a New South Welshman make a Maroon beer. This red IPL is ballsy, hoppy and thick, with a silky mouthfeel and lingering citrus kicker. A red version of the Crash and Burn we smashed out in winter, this summer IPL is refreshing and rejuvenating. A complex of malts add body, driven by oily oats and biscuit malts, while Citra, Centennial, Cascade, Simcoe and Columbus round out the hop profile. Best of both worlds and none of that crap from down south.
