Description: For Noema Blend 6, we selected some of the oldest stock in our cellar, combining casks of roast forward stout that have aged 40 months in Balcones Bourbon and Elijah Craig barrels. Right away, we experienced flavors of marshmallow, almond and cacao that brought to mind a 3 Musketeers candy bar. This blend, while magnificent on its own, beckoned for one additional layer to bring everything together, so we acquired some organic almonds, toasted them in house and then infused them into the blend with additional maturation time in the liquid.
