This hybrid consists of 75% 18-month barrel-aged wild beer and 25% natural wine made from organic regent grapes from Wijnhoeve de Colonjes. Both the beer and the wine are made by us in the most natural and pure way, without any additives. Only grain, hops, grapes and wild yeast.
