Description: This intriguing ale was Naked City's entry into the 2012 Pro-Am Competition at GABF. Brewed with homebrewer Mike Ritzer, it’s a Modern German Style Gose brewed with Coriander and Gray Sea Salt. Don and Mike used 100% sour mash fermented with Saccharomyces, Lactobacillus, and Brettanomyces bruxellensis, and finished with 30 lbs of Washington blackberries. Tart and quenching!
