Description: Danish Farmhouse Ale, ancient family tradition from our brewmasters family, delivered though time in generations of mothers to daughters. However the yeast was not maintained so our brewmaster isolated a yeast from a honey bee to recreated the aroma and taste of peach and apricot. Brewed with Pilsner malt, hops and yeast: munkebo004.
