Description: It’s no secret that the Goat Brewers love IPAs. This time, for our next Rare Breed release, we decided to use three hop favourites and a variety that we hadn’t used before in Calypso. To really test ourselves, we also went with a new yeast for us. Over two months of testing, trialling and tasting, we settled on this ripper. APPEAR ANCE: Pale gold. AROMA: Intense hop aroma of citrus, pear, and tropical fruit. FLAVOUR: Medium bodied with dry finish. Expect fruity hop character and strong bitterness throughout. A beer that lives up to it’s name. MALTS: Ale, Vienna, Dextrine. HOPS: Calypso, Chinook, Citra, Amarillo. YEAST: WhiteLabs California Ale Yeast.
