Description: This Imperial Stout is a collaboration with one of our original Kickstarter supporters, Mama Lor’s Cafe. We conditioned the beer on almonds, locally roasted cacao nibs, and fresh almond cookies baked right at Mama Lor’s Cafe. We then aged the beer for 13 months in a Pear Brandy barrel.
