Description: ("the fear of pumpkins") our first collaboration with our friend and sensei Jolly Pumpkin. Ron at Jolly Pumpkin has been a huge inspiration for our brewery, and a pioneer for breweries into mixed culture, barrel-aging beers. This is a saison we open fermented and aged in oak barrels with a blend of both of our house cultures. Given Jolly Pumpkin's deft hand at subtle spicing, we gave this tart saison delicate, subtle layers of complexities by brewing with black lava salt, rainbow peppercorns, and blood oranges zest and juice
