Description: This beer was inspired by the Sacramento born White Linen cocktail using Gin, Lime, Cucumber, and Elderflower Liquor. We started with an Imperial Sour Blonde and recirculated it through fresh cucumbers. After we got the cucumber flavor we wanted, we treated the beer with a juniper, orange zest, lemon, zest, and elderflower. The beer is very refreshing and is pretty darn close to tasting like an actual White Linen cocktail.
