Description: It's a West Coast IIPA recipe but it comes out slightly hazy because of the 4.4 lbs/bbl dry hop of Simcoe and Idaho 7. We could clear it up by filtering or fining the beer but why strip out all that hoppy yumminess? We would rather leave it...just how it is.
