Description: We got together with our friends at Cloudburst Brewing on a mission to create an IPA using the most unassailably-boss blend of premium pilsner malts. Once we had the perfect malt bill, we blended Juice yeast with Cloudburst’s house strain and hopped the whole shebang with mountains of Citra, Strata, Idaho 7, and Columbus. What resulted is a marvelously balanced IPA with a round body, bursting with notes of pineapple and resinous pine. Premium, indeed.
