Description: July Talk and Mill Street have collaborated to make a beer that is meant to be shared with friends at the end of a long day. It is a California Common Beer brewed by Toronto brewer Bridgid Young (and the band!). This style of beer is a warm fermented lager that is aged only a short time in order to retain the robustness of this feisty yet very drinkable brew. Made with pale and caramel malts and German Perle hops, this beer is perfectly in balance between malt and hops and sweetness and bitterness. It can be drunk 365 days a year and pairs with a whole range of foods from Cajun and Latin to spicy Asian. This is working-class table beer for everyone!
