Description: Move over IPA, there's a new yeast in town. Capsized is fermented at cooled temperatures with lager yeast, to leave our beer clean and crisp. But, that's only the beginning... We added huge amounts of oats to this brew to give it a creamy head and extra body. More importantly, we gave this beer an enormous hop charge of Columbus, Cascade, Chinook, and Centennial hols. Citrus, resinous, and full bodied deliciousness.
