Description: We allowed our chocolatey Russian Imperial Stout to age for 12 months in Woodford Reserve barrels. We then added huge amounts of crumbled Oreo cookies and allowed the cookies and beer to join forces. This leaves us with a medium bodied beer rich in cocoa and vanilla. Definitely a dessert beer.
