Description: This brew was John Barleycorns Brewery's 3,000th batch, which got me thinking about the year 3000. Will there be extremely hopped beers like this Double IPA? What hop varieties will be available then? Who knows? What we do know is that this ale has a light malt body that lets the crop of 2016 hops shine. Simcoe, Mosaic, and Ekuanots were all combined to produce a complex fruity, citrusy, resinous hop flavors and aromas. Malts: Superior Pilsen, Munich, Crystal Hops: Ekuanot, Mosaic, Simcoe OG: 1.080 TG: 1.012 ABV: 8.77 IBU: 71 SRM: 8
