Description: No spuds, here. Only hops, and what a hop, too! The Idaho 7, as it's name suggests, is a newer variety originating in the potato state. Flavors and aromas of citrus, candied fruit, melon, pine, black tea and grass are abound, so we gave this hop the SMaSH treatment. It was brewed exclusively with Idaho 7 Hops, added in different stages of the boil, with a base of Pale Ale Malt. Special Techniques: Dry-Hopped Malts: Northwest Pale Hops: Idaho 7 OG: 1.052 TG: 1.008 ABV: 5.68 IBU: 75 SRM: 4
