Description: Ok what can we say, we love the outdoors and wilderness so we finally did something about it and made a brew with 25 pounds of wild rice and a bucket full of elder berries and rose hips in it. We also added some Rye Malt to spice things up a bit. By the way if you think of a better name for this brew email us at mapleislandbrewing@outlook.com.
