Description: For our fourth installment in this series, we used British Golden Promise & Malted Oats in the malt bill along with locally sourced Howard County honey. Clocking in at 60 IBUs, Nelson Sauvin is the star of this show with some Azacca and a touch of Galaxy thrown in there. The resulting beer is tremendously aromatic with white grapes and tangelo character in both the nose and flavor profile. The local honey gives you an underlining sweetness that moves gradually to a very dry finish.
