Description: This unique beer is the product of a collaboration between Mammoth Brewing and Black Velvet Coffee. We started with Mammoth Brewing’s Epic IPA, which is hopped at two pounds per barrel, then, after fermentation was complete, we dry hopped in our Guatemala Buena Vista coffee. Thus, uniting the smooth hops and malty flavors of the IPA with the balance of caramel, citrus and candy pecan flavors of the coffee. We then serve the beer on nitro, which gives it a creamy, smooth and sweet texture.
