Description: A good example of the new wave of American IPAs. This is a fresh and fruity beer. Lighter in body than a traditional IPA and brewed with no bittering hops. All of the bitterness comes from generous aroma hop additions added later in the boiling process. This results in an aromatic crisp hop character with less harsh upfront hop oil bitterness. Five different hops were all selected for their tropical and stone fruit notes. Sixty KG of persimmons per batch enhances the tropical profile.
