Description: Our beautiful amber ale, aged in a kentucky bourbon barrel for 10 weeks. Aromas of charred oak and sweet malt are accented by hints of cocoa, burnt sugar, and dried fruit. The taste follows the nose with malt, caramel, dried fruit and almonds leading the way into a finish dominated by bourbon characteristics of oak, burnt sugar, toasted almonds, and charred oak. A smooth and well rounded, yet assertive and complex ale.
